March is a very busy season in Tampa as it is a popular spring break destination. Please book your hotel as soon as possible. We recommend staying at hotels that are within walking distance of the venue:

Parking
Free parking passes are available for all attendees, sponsored by the Bellini College of AI at USF. Please pick up your pass at the registration desk. Passes are valid for the following locations:
- Crescent Hill Parking Garage (CHG): Levels 2–6 (note: levels 5 and 6 are closed the week of the workshop)
- Lot 3B

- Coffee & Water: Provided free both days (morning and afternoon), sponsored by the Bellini College of AI at USF.
- Breakfast: Not provided. Starbucks and Panera Bread are on campus.
- Lunch: Not provided. There are some restaurants (e.g., Panera Bread) in the same building, you may order on your own.
- Dinner: Not provided.

Getting to USF
We recommend renting a car or using ride-share services (Uber/Lyft) to get to the hotel and campus.
