  • Meeting room: Chao Lecture Hall.
  • Important: Do NOT use the main museum entrance. Please refer to this map for the correct entrance.

  • Day before (March. 10)
    • 6:00 PM Dinner (paid by the attendees themselves)
  • Day 1 (March. 11)
    • 9 AM - 12 PM: Introduction of FZ and ZF projects
    • 12 PM - 1 PM: Working Lunch
    • 1 PM - 5 PM: Session about current progress
  • Day 2 (March. 12)
    • 9 AM - 12 PM: Session about usability and adoption
    • 12 PM - 1 PM: Working Lunch
    • 1 PM - 5 PM: Session about application integration I
  • Day 3 (March. 13)
    • 9 AM - 12 PM: Session about application integration II
    • 12 PM - 1 PM: Working Lunch and closing remarks

Hotels:

March is a very busy season in Sarasota as it is a popular spring break destination. Please book your hotel as soon as possible. We recommend staying at hotels that are within walking distance of the venue:

  • Hyatt Place Sarasota/Bradenton Airport (this hotel has gov rate of $200/night)
  • Hampton Inn & Suites Sarasota/Bradenton-Airport
  • Kompose Hotel Sarasota
  • Courtyard by Marriott Sarasota Bradenton Airport

Transportation:

  • Tampa Airport (TPA): 1 hour driving to the museum
  • Clearwater airport (PIE): 1 hour driving to the museum

  • Parking is free in the museum parking lot.
